Grade A vanilla tahitensis. Its Gourmet grade vanilla. Tahitensis species are grown mainly on Eastern Indonesia. This grade is full of flavor and has strong aroma perfect for baking, food, or ice cream. Its sweet, warm, and has strong aroma. Visually they are shiny black/dark brown and its oily.

Tahitensis Vanilla Beans Grade ‘B’ offers excellent vanillin content. This grade, considered the second best, is suitable for making extracts, powder, and baking. It has a slightly lower moisture content compared to Grade A. Visually, these beans exhibit a shiny black/dark brown appearance.
